1.Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GameGuide AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GameGuide AI.
2.Service Description
GameGuide AI provides:
- AI-generated game guides and cheat sheets for video games across multiple platforms
- Contextual help through the "Ask" feature for specific gaming questions
- Game library management with iCloud synchronization
3.Eligibility
GameGuide AI is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and is designed for users of all ages. If you are under 18 years of age, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the App.
4.Free and Premium Features
Free Tier Includes:
- •1 game guide
- •Limited questions per week
- •Game library access
- •iCloud sync
Premium Subscription Includes:
- •Unlimited game guides
- •Unlimited questions
- •Priority guide generation
- •All free tier features
5.Subscription Terms
- •Premium subscription is available at $4.99/month with a 7-day free trial
- •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- •Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- •You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- •The free trial period, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends
6.Cancellation Policy
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time
- •Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period
- •Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- •Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests
7.AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All game guides, tips, and answers are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for guidance purposes only. AI content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- •AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
- •Game guides are not official and are not affiliated with game publishers or developers
- •Information may become outdated due to game updates or patches
- •Content may inadvertently contain spoilers despite best efforts to minimize them
8.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limits
- Use the App to infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content generated by the App
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the App
- Impersonate any person or entity while using the App
9.Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by GameGuide AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
Game titles, characters, logos, and related content referenced within the App belong to their respective publishers and developers. GameGuide AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.
Content you input (such as questions) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating responses.
10.Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
GameGuide AI does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameGuide AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GameGuide AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12.Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
14.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
